Because of David Poppen's exclamation of hardship, I as a chemist kept the Batteries working years after they were failing. When I told Linda Poppens not paying me was not fair she said, "I should have bought batteries which would have increased their debt to me thousands of dollars".

I DID MUCH OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING AS THE CONTINUING UPDATES TO THIS WEBSITE WILL SHOW. I GAVE THE INTERNET, THE WEB PAGE, PREPAID ALL EXPENSES AND THEN I WAS DISCHARGED WITHOUT BEING REIMBURESED FOR THE EXPENSES OR BEING PAID FOR A 21 MONTH PERIOD.

FOR THE FIRST YEAR THEY PAID ME AS AGREED THEN BECAUSE OF "FINANCIAL PROBLEMS" NEEDING THEIR MONEY FOR A VACATION IN A NEW $125,000 MOTORHOME. AS YOU READ THE READ MORE FILE BELOW YOU WILL SEE THAT WHEN THEY CONTRACTED ME THEY WERE HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH TENANTS.
THE PERSON WHO WAS TAKING FRESH WATER TO THE SAND CASTLE DAMAGED THE WATER TRUCKS TRANSMISSION. HE ALSO WAS DRIVING THE GOLFCARTS TO PLAYA BONITA FOR HIS OWN PLEASURE CAUSING PROBLEMS. THE RENTAL COMPANY CALLED ME BECAUSE THE RENTERS WERE BEING TREATED SO POORLY THAT THEY WERE HAVING TO REFUND THE RENTAL MONEY.

Here I got him a discount on his taxes because I was friends with the mayer. NOT APPRECIATED AGAIN.

We are at a fraction of the cost of the competition and can have you at your destination hospital before the competition arrives in Peñasco from the United States. The WebPage I put up at my expense that he never paid a penny for and I never received any commissions for rentals that called him. He probably would say it was no good but he is now has paying for another. I am reposting this website with this information whch should not bother him since my efforts were worthless.
Here I flew my airplane and took pictures of the Sand Castle for the webpage at my expense AND THE SHOWED NO APPRECIATION.

Another thing I did for the Poppen's was to purchase a trailer and loan it to them so a worker could live there cheaper than in the Sand Castle with summer air Conditioning. It seems when the Poppen's put me out they decided as KINGS of the Sand Castle they would steal it also. Read the letter in Read more page where they sent me an email to pick it up when they were there but They put it outside so it would not be there and steel it. If they were there as the letter states they would leave it inside so I could pick it where it was secure.

Here we have Linda Poppens showing off on the Golf cart I kept running under the extreme salt conditions on the beach. I also Installed and paid for A TELMEX phone number 388 0690 so David Poppens could speak with his office in Phoenix. During the 21 months I was not paid the phone bill exceded $900 Dollars.

Another thing I did for the tenants at the Sand Castle was to instanll the internet transmitting the internet from my house with an Antenna System and equipment that I paid for and I was never given one cent for the service. Then when they put me out they stole thousands of dollars worth of my equipment in their house and the antennas on the roof of the Sand Castle. For years I have done things like this for many hundreds of people and my efforts were respected appreciated and rewarded. I have two other groups here in MexicoNow am understanding people Like Adolf hitler who did things like this and killed millions of people and felt good about himself.I have now learned not to trust anyone

Medivac and The Emergency Services Response Team is at your service

This is another service I have done for free for the people in Puerto Peñasco. I have made 9 flights in my airplane transporting people with medical problems to other cities and across the border for free. Now the Poppen's are making me feel foolish for this also. We have set up the air ambulance with a doctor, oxygen and defibrillator to take you to the best nearest hospital be it Tucson, Phoenix, Mexicali or Hermosillo. We have also set up this response team to assist tourists with life threatening or freedom restricting problems. Knowing what Doctor is qualified in the area of expertise needed. Making sure there is no red tape that will hinder fast results. In legal maters the red tape literally compounds by the minute. Several instances where we have helped are:
